Valentijn Driessen Critiques Joey Veerman’s Performance for the Dutch National Team

Valentijn Driessen addressed . on Tuesday evening, after the match between Romania and the Dutch national team. The analyst was merciless to the PSV midfielder after the Dutch team’s European Championship match against Austria, but now seized the opportunity to address Veerman.

Driessen thought that Veerman’s horror show would mean the end of his international career. “This really can’t happen at this level,” said the football chief of The Telegraph among other things. Due to a precautionary substitution by Jerdy Schouten, Veerman was back in action in the next international match.
