Adele stops concert to watch women’s 100m
A big fan of the Olympics, Adele was performing in Munich, Germany, on Saturday night. Because she wanted to watch the women’s 100-meter final in Paris, which was taking place at the same time, the singer paused her show and broadcast the competition live on the giant screens for her 80,000 or so spectators! She then congratulated the winner, Luciloise Julien Alfred, before resuming the concert.

Taylor Swift Makes a Video for Three Sportswomen
The popular singer took part in a promotional video for the American broadcaster of the Games, NBC, to pay tribute to three exceptional American women: gymnast Simone Biles, swimmer Katie Ledecky and sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson. To the tune of her song StyleSwift talks in the video about these three American stars saying that they have three different visions of excellence.

Beyoncé Highlights Simone Biles’ Inspiring Achievements
The pop artist is another who has been greatly inspired by Simone Biles. After taking part in a video for Team USA at the start of the Games, Beyoncé shared a new video celebrating Biles’ triumph in Paris. “Simone Biles inspires me and I’m sure she inspires you too. There’s so much confidence in her strength, so much beauty in her power, it’s really a great lesson in her story.”

Hired as a collaborator by NBC, the rapper seems to be having a blast in Paris. Spotted at many competition sites, to encourage the American athletes, Snoop also took the opportunity to try out different Olympic disciplines, including fencing and swimming. Judging by his success on social media, we bet the rapper will be back at the 2028 Los Angeles Games!

Perhaps because it is easier to get to Paris to watch the Olympics than to Beijing, Sochi or Rio, many Hollywood stars have been spotted in the stands in recent days.
