Jeremy Lamb: A Promising Career Cut Short as NBA Guard Retires at 32

Having disappeared from the NBA courts since 2022, Jeremy Lamb has decided to call it a day for good. The former UConn guard is retiring at just 32 years old.

Unfortunately, his career never lived up to his talent. NCAA Champion with UConn in 2011, notably with Kemba Walkerfriend Jeremy was a trigger-happy scoring guard capable of catching fire on certain evenings. Unfortunately, injuries came to put their two cents in and prevented him from expressing himself fully.

Drafted in 12th position by the Rockets in 2011, then immediately sent to Oklahoma City as part of the James Harden transfer, the “Lamb” had 11 seasons in the NBA between the Thunder, the Hornets, the Pacers and then the Kings. He turned 10.1 points at 43.9% shooting including 34.2% from distance, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists on average in his career.

Jeremy Lamb is also known for this incredible shot scored under the Hornets jersey on the Raptors court from his half of the court, to give his team the victory at the last second. This game-winner will therefore forever remain the only line in his NBA record. Good luck to the artist.

Jeremy Lamb’s shooting in Toronto I will NEVER get over
