After his bitter quarter-final exit at the Olympic tennis tournament in Paris, Alexander Zverev is back on the tour at the ATP Masters event in Montreal. After a bye, the No. 2 seed will start the tournament against Jordan Thompson.
However, the 27-year-old from Hamburg has already had bad experiences with the combative Australian. The German Davis Cup player was defeated both in Tokyo last year and in Los Cabos, Mexico this season, and has only managed one victory against the 30-year-old in his career so far.
