At about 21:00 on October 19, Jieyang 110 received a call from the masses saying that a girl was kicked down and injured by a boy in the East Country Basketball Court of Rongdong Street, Rongcheng District. After receiving the report, the police immediately arrived at the scene to deal with the incident, took both parties to the public security agency for investigation, and notified the parents of both parties to come to the scene to cooperate with the investigation and handling.
After investigation, it was found that Huang (female, 11 years old) and Chen (male, 13 years old, both school students) knew each other and were friends. That night, while the two parties were playing on the basketball court with other students, Chen asked Huang to compensate because Huang threw away Chen’s electric bicycle key on October 18.
After the negotiation between the two parties failed, Huang turned around and left the court on foot. Chen quickly chased Huang, jumped up and kicked Huang down from behind. After forensic identification, Huang suffered minor injuries.
