Police teams started an investigation into the incident and examined the surrounding security camera footage. It was determined that the 3 suspects opened fire at random during the argument, and as a result of the fire, the bullets hit the apartment where the American basketball player was staying. The suspects in the fight were SK (18), SK (16) and F.Ö. They were found to be (16). The suspects were caught with their weapons 2 days after the incident. It was determined that the detained suspects had many records of various crimes. SK and F.Ö., whose statements were taken at the police station and judicial proceedings were carried out. While he was released on the instructions of the prosecutor’s office, SK was released on the condition of judicial control at the courthouse to which he was referred.
