Deprived of Johanka Ivanovicova, mobilized for the U19 world championships, team 1 of Nationale 3 experienced a tough meeting in Saint-Grégoire (Ille-et-Vilaine), where they had to settle for a 4-4 draw. “It was a perilous trip, even with the return to the squad of our captain Gaspard Delabrosse. Everyone fought well and we come back with a good distribution of points which allows the team to maintain second place in the provisional ranking,” explains the president, Jacky Hamoniaux.
Team 2 of Prénationale, also in Saint-Grégoire, had a difficult day punctuated by a 1-7 defeat. For its part, team 3 of Regional 2 went to Vern-sur-Seiche (Ille-et-Vilaine) where it obtained a 4-4 draw, against Bain-de-Bretagne, and lost 2-6 against the favorites of Kervignac.
Departmental 1 at the top
The results of the teams entered in the departmental championships were very satisfactory. Team 4 of D1 did well by winning its three matches, with a clear score of 8-0, against the teams of Douarnenez, Trégunc and Morlaix. Team 5 of D2 A also won 8-0 against Ploneour-Lanvern and narrowly lost, 3-5, against Quimper. Team 6 of D2 B drew against Concarneau and lost 2-6 against Ploneour-Lanvern.
Teams 7 and 8 of D3 played on Sunday in the Cordiers room. Team 6 beat Trégunc and Ploneour-Lanvern 4-1. Team 7 also came out of its weekend undefeated, picking up two victories, 4-1 against Concarneau and 3-2 against Trégunc. For the Nationale 3 team, the next meeting will be played on Saturday October 26, in Brest.
