In a room of the center authorized only for the administration of drinks, the Narni Carabinieri, the staff of the administrative division of the Terni Police Headquarters and the fire brigade carried out a targeted inspection activity, finding serious irregularities. In fact, during the access, carried out late on Wednesday evening, the operators found the presence of a disk jockey equipped with all the sound diffusion equipment and, above all, of over a hundred customers, most of whom were intent on to dance in the center of the room, even though the place does not have the authorization required for places of public entertainment and entertainment but only has the license for the supply of food and drinks. This led to criminal charges being filed against the owner, as well as some administrative sanctions for fire-related violations and lack of adequate signage, for a total amount of approximately 7 thousand euros.
