ANKARA (AA) – In the 4th week of Basketball FIBA Men’s European Cup Group A, TOFAŞ defeated the Greek Cypriot Keravnos team 99-96 away.
The home team was ahead 26-24 in the first quarter of the match played at Costas Papaellinas Arena and went into the locker room with the advantage 51-44.
TOFAŞ lost the difference in the third quarter and entered the final period trailing by 2 points: 75-73. Playing good defense in the last quarter, TOFAŞ played well at the end of the match and won 99-96 on the field.
TOFAŞ, which won its 4th match in the group, continued its leadership. Keravnos suffered its 3rd defeat.
