*All seats are reserved on the day. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, please enter the number of additional tickets you would like to purchase at the time of application. Please pay at the reception on the day. (2,200 yen for adults, 900 yen for elementary, junior high and high school students)

Things to note
・There will be no shuttle bus service after the clinic.
If you are coming by car, please purchase your own parking ticket (White Ring Gravel Parking Lot/Mashima Gravel Parking Lot), or select Purchase Parking Ticket (1 car only) in the application form.
*If you apply for a parking ticket using the application form, please pay the parking ticket fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) at the clinic reception on the day.
