In the 1st round game of the South Zone of the 1st phase of the National Championship, the women’s roller hockey team from Benfica beat APAC Tojal, 0-4. The match took place this Saturday, October 26th, at the Poliesportivo de São Julião do Tojal.

Six days after the conquest of 11th Super Cup From its CV, Benfica met APAC Tojal again, this time in its debut in the 2024/25 National Championship.

For the game – without being able to count on Marlene Sousa, out of options due to an injury –, Paulo Almeida chose a initial five composed of Maria Vieira, Aimée Blackman, Maria Sofia Silva, Rita Batista and Raquel Santos.
