Since the hosts also retained the better end in the lightweight category (-60 kilograms), Brugg had to lose the second half of the season with 2:5, which meant that Uster took the lead in the table by a tiny margin.

The semi-final pairings for the Final Four on November 9th in Geneva have now been determined. Brugg will face Lausanne, the third-placed team. Uster, as the new leader, will face defending champions Geneva, who finished the main season in fourth place.

The starting position promises to be very exciting as all four teams are strong. Brugg, recently runner-up twice, naturally wants to win back the crown. However, who will win the title remains completely open.
