Cameroon will be part of the Moroccan expedition in December 2025, thanks to its double victory against Kenya.
Without complicating the task, Cameroon qualifies for CAN 2025 which will take place in Morocco. Marc Brys’s team, 2 days before the end of the qualifiers, is already guaranteed to play in the group stage of the competition.
This is thanks to their 3rd victory in 4 days in these qualifications for the most prestigious African competition. With 10 points, Cameroon does not risk much even in the event of defeats in the last two matches.
In the event of a tie with Kenya, Roger Milla’s country will maintain a lead thanks to victories in the double confrontation.
The Cameroonians will therefore no longer have to take out the calculators or hope for defeats by x or y to hope to qualify.
This merit goes to Brys who, with a modest squad and an incredibly hostile environment, managed to achieve positive results and above all produce some great play.
