St-Louis-de-Gonzague Residence
Christmas fair on November 2 and 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the residence’s recreation room (480, 5e Rue Grand-Mère sector). This event is organized to give residents the chance to purchase items created by local artisans. The show is also open to the entire population, who can take the opportunity to buy their handmade Christmas gifts and encourage local purchasing.

RDDS (Christmas of the Heart)
The RDDS Shawinigan offers its services to individuals and families in the Shawinigan and St-Gérard sectors who need help completing a Christmas from the Heart form. Unfortunately, people in foster care cannot receive Christmas from the heart. Meetings to fill out the forms will be held on Monday, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bruno-Rivard Community Center (Loisirs Christ-Roi); Tuesday, October 29 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Théodoric-Lagacé community hall (Shawinigan-Sud) and Thursday, October 31 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Odilon-Sauvageau Community Center (downtown).
