“We started the game very well and, in my opinion, had a good first half. A lot worked until the 30th minute, we had very good transition moments. From the 30th onwards you noticed that the opponent had more control of the game and we opened up the spaces that should be open,” Baumgart analyzed critically. “That’s why we get a goal just before half-time. Goals can always be avoided, but they still happen. During the half-time break we tried to go into what we did well and what we need to do better to be really successful.” That didn’t work. Or as Baumgart, who was being served, said: “It didn’t fit at the back or front. This needs to be said clearly. We leave this place as clear and deserved losers. I’m still in the process of mentally processing myself.”
