The director of the National Commission of Physical Culture and Sports, ConadeRommel Pacheco, had several meetings with presidents of various sports disciplines at the international level, with whom he reaffirmed their joint work.
In this context, he interviewed the heads of the International Federations of Cycling, Judo y Athletics with whom they had an exchange of ideas and he thanked them for their great openness and support for Mexico.
Likewise, he had the opportunity to meet with the vice president of the International Olympic Committee, Nicole Hoevertsz and shared ideas for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
In turn, the former diver expressed the importance of working together to build the sport of the present and the future with Dr. Klaus Schormannpresident of the World Pentathlonwith the aim of strengthening ties and generating new opportunities for Mexico and its athletes.
Also, he spoke with Ingmar De Vos, president of the International Federation of Equestrian Sports and member of COI about Mexico’s great performance in Paris 2024 and the construction on the road to Los Angeles 2028.

In that conversation, he reiterated his commitment to working for the future of sport through consensus and agreements.
