Florence, 9 October 2024 – After 40 stops throughout the Region Csi in tour arrives at Firenzeil 12 and 13 October in Piazza Santa Croce. The itinerant sports village returns to one of the historic places of the Renaissance city to celebrate, in conjunction with the arrival of the tour, the 80th anniversary of the Italian Sports Centre.
The Florence stage aims to celebrate sport and its educational values by bringing young people closer to sport and testing various disciplines in a festive and joyful way with activities in the Sports Village, from 10am to 6pm with free access for everyone, where everyone will be able to experience many sporting activities including basketball, sitting volleyball, table tennis, dodgeball, judo, Olympic women’s freestyle wrestling, rhythmic gymnastics, wheelchair basketball, karate and tai chi, free play and trials.
