Three interesting fights between teams from the first half of the district championship table were on display at the weekend.
8. LEAGUE (DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP)
A difficult match awaited the leader of the table from Běla pod Bězdězem, who was hosted at home by ex-region Bakov nad Jizerou. The home side won this match as well, and after a 3-0 win, they are at the top of the 8th league with the same point gain as the second Sporting, but still with a game to go.
It was Sporting who challenged the third team in the table to the second team in the Sahara, home team Akuma. In an even match, the visitors first took the lead, then the home team turned the tide in their favor and from the 43rd minute the score was even after Tomáš Novák’s goal. When it seemed that the match was headed for a draw, the visiting Marek stepped up in the 86th minute and snatched the win for the green-white side.
Zdětín also stumbled, as he took away a 1:3 defeat from Čejetice. Thanks to the three-point gain, the home team, on the other hand, jumped to seventh place ahead of Krnsko.
This happened at home with Židnevsí, and after the match, home coach Petr Tvaroh also resigned due to health reasons (details are being prepared).
The last Bezno also scored full points, which took on Čistá at home and could celebrate a 4:3 win. Despite the win, Bezenský remain in 14th place, but they lose only three points to Horka, who were beaten at home by Vrutice, in 13th place.
