Surprise round in III. district district of Teplicka and Mostecka? Undoubtedly a high win of the Ohníče nad Braňany reserve. “No one expected this! Everything came together, our movers from B came, we didn’t have anyone from A. Great!” reported the 8:1 victory of Ognič football player Tomáš Šebl.
Maybe the footballers of Baník had a sharp kebab before the match, because they swept away the favorite from Braňany in an unprecedented way. Why a kebab? Three Ohníč players have a restaurant with kebabs, they are even sponsors of the club. “This is a bit rare, but above all we are very happy that the guys are helping us financially like this,” says Šebl.

According to him, Braňany was greatly underestimated. “They already wrote to us before the match to take some boys from A, let it be worth it, let it be balanced. Although they were losing by two goals, they did not accept defeat. They kept shouting that they were going to turn it around and stuff like that.”

Finally, there was no gap between the reserve and the attack, we were able to hold the ball and distribute it. Šebl agrees. “Stopper and at the same time captain Tomáš Ryška played excellently. Also Lukáš Seidl, who returned to us and scored four goals. Together with Emil Pálka in the attack, they kept the ball for us, thanks to which we came from the reserve from the second wave and also got chances.”
Ohníč’s reserve added their second win to the table and is already looking at the backs of Hrobčice and Braňany.
