Returning home on Saturday evening after Juve‘s victory against Lazio (1-0) during the 8th day of Serie A, Douglas Luiz had the misfortune to discover that his home had been burglarized.
Stolen valuable watches and necklaces
La Gazzetta dello sport reported this Monday that the alarm went off in the middle of the night, around 1:30 a.m., after thieves entered the premises. They allegedly stole 11 valuable watches from the Brazilian international, for damage estimated at around 500,000 euros. Diamond necklaces belonging to his partner Alisha Lehmann – who plays for the Juve women’s team – were also stolen. Police investigations are still taking place to try to discover any traces left by the burglars.
As the Italian daily explains, villas located on the hills of Turin have often been the target of criminals in recent years. Moise Kean and Kaio Jorge had experienced similar mishaps, while Angel Di Maria had had time to scare away the thieves thanks to his private surveillance service.
