The Dubai launch, attended by PWR’s lead investor The Times Group, international pickleball executives and some of the world’s top players, set the stage for PWR’s expansion around the world. 750 players in Delhi will play to win a prize of $50,000. This tournament will strengthen the establishment of pickleball as a major sport in India.
PWR DUPR India Masters provides a platform for pickleball players to showcase their talents and earn ranking points. Participants taking part in the tournament include Dustin Boyer (United States), Phuc Huynh (United States), Roos Van Reek (Netherlands), Mitch Hargreaves (Australia), Emilia Schmidt (Australia), Pei Chuan Kao (Chinese Taipei). Big players of top international level are included. Also prominent Indian players like Armaan Bhatia and Aditya Ruhela are also included.
The PWR700 tournament will award players up to 700 ranking points, which is valid for 52 weeks. These ranking points will help in determining their seeding for global competitions. The event will also include the PWR Battle of the Leagues – Minor League Pickleball, in which 2 men’s and 2 women’s teams will compete in different categories.

The Pickleball World Rankings (PWR) is a global ranking system that allows pickleball players to earn points by participating in the PWR World Tour. In this way their ranking improves and they qualify for the PWR World Series on the basis of that. PWR events are similar to the ATP and WTA tournaments in tennis, with categories such as PWR50, PWR100, PWR200, PWR400, PWR700, PWR1000 and PWR2000.
