Last Thursday, October 24, the belt promotion diploma ceremony at the Chascomús Judo School was held at the Coliseo Sparring Club gym, within the framework of the 50 years of activity in our city.
On the occasion, a delegation from the Chascomús Volunteer Firefighters was present, whose members participated in the delivery of the diplomas to the local judokas.
The ceremony celebrated the progress of the athletes and the younger ones were also recognized during the ceremony at the gym on Belgrano Street.
In relation to the event, the fire station expressed on social networks “We thank the members of the Coliseum Gymnasium, where we had the privilege of being invited to present diplomas to different athletes.”
It should be noted that Corporal Cristian Giaramitta and Volunteer Firefighter Sergio Aurifonti attended on behalf of the body.
The Judo School with a long history in our community, teaches its classes in the facilities of the Sparring Club Coliseum and trains about 30 judokas daily, trained, among others, by the senseis Rafael Occhiuzzi, Daniel Franciosi, Daniel Pérez and Mirko Hocevar.
