Danger! These bike races are not for the faint-hearted: mud, sweat and fast descents – this is cross-country racing at its best! Over 400 participants compete against each other in 7 races and 3 federal states – making the Gunsha Cross Challenge the largest cross-country racing series in Central Germany! Don’t want to miss out on this thrill? Then the Grün Weiß Wittenberg-Priesteritz eV association cordially invites you to the final on December 1st, 2024 in Wittenberg. Be there when the drivers deliver a thrilling race in the Volkspark.
Canoe Club Dresden eV
Paddling in winter? No problem for the Dresden Canoe Club! Since 2019 they have been organizing the Indoor Canoe Sprint Cup and the Saxon Championship – the highlight in the cold season. Athletes compete against each other in virtual races, even if the temperatures outside are freezing. Even Olympic and world champions can’t miss this! And the best part? You can be there live at this year’s cup on December 21st or watch from the comfort of your own home thanks to the live stream! Who needs summer anyway?
Badminton department of SV 1880 Unterpörlitz eV
The “SV 1880 Unterpörlitz” is celebrating its 50th anniversary and has brought THE badminton highlight to Ilmenau! On November 23rd, 2024, “DHFK Leipzig” will celebrate its premiere in the 2nd Badminton Bundesliga and compete against “GutsMuths Jena eV” – the first East derby in years! So excitement is guaranteed! And that’s not all: During the day there is a full program in the ILM hall with a big training for young talent, and in the evening we have to break the attendance record together! So look forward to an event that will make the hearts of all badminton fans beat faster. Don’t want to miss this? Then come along, enjoy the atmosphere and experience badminton up close!
