Kerpen-Horrem (zi). The Horremer sports club will be faced with a big task in the first round of the men’s FVM Cup with third division team TSV Alemannia Aachen, as the Horremer team will be playing against the winner of last season’s tournament, which was held as the Bitburger Cup.
District league team Horrem had home advantage and faced major organizational problems in being able to play the game in the Graf-Berghe-von-Trips Stadium. An unknown number of fans expected at the game on Wednesday, October 30th at 7:30 p.m. would have posed security problems for Horremer SV. The people of Horrem were relieved that the game in the first round of the Middle Rhine Football Association Cup is now taking place at the Tivoli in Aachen.
In order to be able to adequately support their team, the Horremers organize a bus trip. The cost is 20 euros for adults and ten euros for young people. In addition, there are the costs for the stadium ticket.
