Frenkie de Jong has bought a new house in the Netherlands. Well-Known Neighbors reports that the 27-year-old FC Barcelona midfielder has paid 1,750,000 euros for a villa in Berkel-Enschot in North Brabant. The asking price of the property was 1,895,000 euros. De Jong has not taken out a mortgage.
The house has nine rooms, including five bedrooms. There are also three bathrooms and two toilets. The living area is 360 square meters. De Jong can park three cars in the attached garage.
The 54-time international of Oranje can also enjoy a backyard with an area of 760 square meters. Of course, the villa has a swimming pool.
In the meantime, De Jong continues to work on his fitness in Barcelona. The Arkel-born playmaker missed the European Championship due to a lingering ankle injury, but is now on his way back.
De Jong made his return to Barça in the home game against Young Boys (5-0), when he came on fifteen minutes before the end. During the away match against Deportivo Alavés (0-3) he played nine minutes.
