Goalkeeper Hugo Souza continues to make waves even after the game between Flamengo and Corinthians this Sunday (20), in the semi-final of the Copa do Brasil. After Mengão qualified for the tournament’s big decision, servant Ninho ‘liked’ a video by Léo Ortiz, in which the defender poked fun at the São Paulo team.
In the mixed zone of the Neo Química Arena, Léo Ortiz stated that he did not feel a ‘hostile atmosphere’ in the stadium, given that he plays for Flamengo every week in front of a packed Maracanã. Thus, it was precisely in this speech that Hugo Souza left a ‘like’, moving social networks.

HUGO SOUZA IN THE BRAZILIAN CUP SEMIFINAL
Since before the clashes between Flamengo and Corinthians started, the São Paulo team decided that they wanted to count on Hugo Souza. Therefore, as stated in the contract clause, Itaquera’s team would have to pay 500 thousand reais to use the goalkeeper.
In the first game, the ‘pix’ was made. However, in the return match, the Corinthians also make the definitive purchase of the athlete, however, Flamengo did not accept the guarantees of the deal. Given this situation, the Corinthians reached the third payment to Flamengo on behalf of Hugo Souza. At the moment, Rubro-Negro already has R$1.5 million due to the São Paulo team using the archer in duels with the club. Marcos Braz, Fla’s vice-president of football, made fun of the situation and said that he wanted to arrange a friendly match against Itaquera’s team to raise more money for the archer.
FLAMENGO IN THE BRAZILIAN CUP FINAL
Even using Hugo Souza, the Corinthians failed to get the better of Flamengo, in the semi-final of the Copa do Brasil. In the first leg, Mengo won 1-0, while at the Neo Química Arena it ended goalless. In this way, in aggregate, Mais Querido guaranteed a place in the final of the Copa do Brasil.
Flamengo’s opponent in the big decision will be Atlético-MG, who eliminated Vasco last Saturday (19). The final matches take place on November 3rd and 10th, with field orders defined on Thursday (24th). The draw will start at 3pm (Brasília time), at the CBF headquarters, located in Barra da Tijuca, West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
