The countdown has started for a huge sporting event to be held in Palagiano next October 13th.
In fact, everything is ready for the second edition of “Clementine Scent – 3D Piano Mix”an event that combines sport and social commitment, with the patronage of the Municipality of Palagiano and the support of numerous local companies and associations.
This year, the competition will not only be sporting, but also humanitarian: a fundraiser will be dedicated to the prevention of breast cancer, in collaboration with the voluntary association “The Amazons” of Massafra, which has been providing support to cancer patients for years.
The event is part of the calendar of events for the month of October dedicated to raising awareness about the prevention of breast cancer and represents an opportunity for everyone to hit the mark both in sport and in solidarity.
The sporting competition will be attended by archer athletes from all over Italy, who have followed a training course that lasted a year under the aegis of the Karman archery school.
“Clementine Scent – 3D Piano Mix” it will be a final moment of this experience, but it will go beyond simple competition: it represents an example of how sport can become a means to create community and promote human values.
Other associations in the area will also be involved and not only that, thanks to the collaboration with local producers, the famous clementines, a symbol of the area, will be distributed as a sign of identity and tradition.
The commitment of the Archers of Palagiano, led by the determination of their president Daniela Albanois aimed not only at strengthening sporting discipline, but also at human and social growth.
