Bogotá, October 19, 2024.- The athletes of Team Bogotá have a very busy agenda these days, who this weekend face several fronts at the national and international level, in addition to having obtained good results in many other events inside and outside the country.

Among the commitments that they have on Saturday and Sunday, the Allianz 15K Athletic Race in Bogotá, the Grand Prix and Valida Nacional Interclubes of Skating Races in Cali, the Open Interclubes of Paraswimming in Bucaramanga, the Gold Cup of Finswimming in Lignano stand out Sabbiadoro (Italy), the National U-14 and U-16 Athletics Championships in Armenia, the VII Valid National Mountaineering Cup in Pereira, the Pan American Wakeboard Ski Championships in Orlando (Florida, United States) and the National Sub-Championship. 23 and Over Weightlifting, in Manizales.

Water skiing had an outstanding performance in the Pan American Championship held at the Los Lagartos Club in Bogotá. Noé Osorio – from the Talento y Reserva program – won two gold medals (figures and overall) and two silver in the under-14 category, while María Brigard from the same program and in the same category in women, won two bronzes. In water polo, Juliana Peña stood out, who was part of the Colombian National Team that was third in the South American Championship in Cali, behind Brazil (champion) and Argentina (runner-up); She is the first Bogota native to be a medalist in one of these tournaments and to qualify for a Copa América.

At the national level, the second place in the National U-18 Athletics Championship in Valledupar stood out, the second also in the National Copa Colombia Wrestling Championship in Rionegro, Antioquia, and the second in the Top Colombia table tennis.
