Simple, he tells us Jayce Johnson in an interview with “The Little One”.

On a personal level, he knows he can accomplish gods steps forward. But, in the interview, Johnson also talked about his own setting in Trieste and the beginning of his adventure with new and competent people.

THE ENVIRONMENT – “I’m very happy to be here. The people are exceptional, all ready to lend me a hand when I need it. The city is splendid. Without forgetting my teammates, of course, who are incredible. We have great confidence in ourselves, an aspect that I consider fundamental, in every aspect of life. We always believe in going out on the pitch and doing our best, and that’s how we managed to win the first three games. I can say that we will have the same mentality throughout the season.”

THE SECRET – “Staff, club and players. More generally, an environment that works. All are positive people, who fit together perfectly like pieces of a puzzle. In this way we support and encourage each other, because there is no one who drains the energy of others, but everyone adds positive energy to the rest.”

THE IMPROVEMENT – “I’m still learning a lot, every day, with the help of the staff and teammates who have more experience in Serie A. I’m trying to adapt to the European style of play. I work to improve from game to game, and I hope to be able to put all this progress together to help the team, perhaps with a performance that turns my season around. One thing is certain though, I’m not saving myself on the parquet. I always go onto the pitch putting my heart into it. I do what is asked of me, study the opponents and review the game plan.”
