It was with words of deep sadness and an appeal for resilience that Jordan Santos, a Portuguese international, reacted to the news of the suspension of Braga’s beach football team.
The Minho emblem, hegemonic in the sport in the 12 years in which it had a team competing in competitions, justified its reasons in a statement that you can read HERE.
Jordan Santos regretted the decision and spoke in a «black day» in a message published on social media. International A in 256 opportunities, the Portuguese winger defended Braga at four different moments in his career.

«How sad. So much sweat, so much dedication, so much commitment to make the club the biggest in history, the most titled and the best in the world. For what?
We marked an era, we marked the History of the Club. We gave joy to our fans, we have always been Warriors on all the beaches of the world!
Braga went home. Family fans. Please don’t end up with anything else. Always one of you. Although it is a Black day, Beach Football will continue with the help of all of us».
