The world of judo is in mourning. The French Judo Federation and the French Paralympic Committee announced, Wednesday evening, the death of Cyril Pagès, coach of the French para judo team.

An appreciated and respected character around the tatami mats, he has accompanied the French para-judo team since 2012 and was still at the center of the system during the Paris 2024 Games, notably around medalist Cyril Jonard, which took place this summer and during which four medals had been added to the French prize list.
