Judo Grand Prix Velletri, excellent recovery for the Toukon at the PalaBandinelli

Sunday 13 October marked the return to competition for the young judokas of Toukon Karate-Dowho, after the summer break, returned to compete on the tatami of PalaBandinelli di Velletri. The occasion was the Judo Grand Prix Velletri, an event organized by the sports promotion body Csen, which attracted numerous athletes and enthusiasts, filling the arena’s parterre for a weekend dedicated to sport and competition.

The event saw the participation of a significant representation of the Toukon Karate-Dowhose athletes, despite the start of the sports season, demonstrated great tenacity and determination. Qualities that are all the more appreciable considering the young age of many of the participants, who stood out not only for the results obtained, but also for the team spirit and enthusiasm with which they faced the challenges on the tatami.

The results obtained by the Toukon athletes were very respectable, with numerous podium placings:
Ryan Slimani he won a silver medal, highlighting his technical skills and his readiness on the tatami.
Gianpaolo Mancini he brought home another silver medal, demonstrating great consistency and concentration in the race.
Nicola Mancini earned a bronze medal, adding another accolade to the team’s medal count.
Alessandro Manni, author of an exceptional performance, he managed to win two bronze medals in two different categories.
Anthony Ceka completed Toukon’s haul with another bronze medal, confirming the team’s excellent form.

Thanks to these results, Toukon Karate-Do achieved a good placement in the overall club ranking, despite the relatively small number of participants. The quality of the performances more than compensated for the quantity, demonstrating how the team always manages to stand out in competitions.
The new season for the Toukon judokas has started on the right foot and promises to be full of successes and innovations.

The company has planned a plan of activities and targeted association proposals, which focus on the integral training of the person through the practice of martial arts. The objective, in fact, is not only to obtain sporting results, but to contribute to personal growth and the development of values ​​such as discipline, respect and perseverance.

With such a start to the season, Toukon Karate-Do looks to the future with great optimism, ready for new challenges and to experience more intense emotions on the tatami.
