Paonta Sahib (Sirmour). State level Yamuna Sharad Mahotsav sports competitions are being conducted in Paonta Sahib. During this, the title matches of Open Table Tennis and Under-14 category competition were held on Tuesday at The Scholars Home School, Paonta Sahib.
Retired TT coach Kamlesh Gupta from SAI said that table tennis final matches were held on Tuesday in which Navya was the winner and Kavya was the runner-up in the girls category under-14. In the boys category, Arav Gupta was the winner and Madhuresh Khurana was the runner-up. In this category, the winner was given Rs 2100 and a trophy and the runner-up was given Rs 2100 and a runner’s trophy. Whereas, in the men’s open table tennis competition, Sameer Jain was the winner and Daksh Thakur was the runner-up. In the women’s open competition, Jashnavi was the winner and Alina was the runner-up. The winner was given Rs 3100 and the winner’s trophy and the runner-up was given Rs 2000 and the runner’s trophy.

Vikrant-Rakshit winner in badminton doubles category and Harshit winner in singles
– Badminton competition was also organized in Yamuna Sharad Mahotsav sports competition. SDM Paonta Gunjit Singh Cheema said that in badminton doubles category, Vikrant and Rakshit were the winners and Harshit and Kushal were the runners-up. In the singles category, Harshit Nautiyal was the winner and Rakshit was the runner-up.
