On his Instagram account, the publisher Coconino Press has communicated the regulations for accessing the signature sessions of its authors in this year’s edition of Lucca Comics and Games. Below are all the details revealed:

- Wednesday 30/10 3-6pm at the Coconino stand (Piazza Napoleone)
- Thursday 31/10 3pm-6pm at Paladediche (former Palazzo Ducale café)
- Friday 1/11 3-6pm at the Coconino stand
- Saturday 2/11 from 3pm to 6pm at the Coconino stand
- Sunday 3/11 from 3pm to 6pm at the Coconino stand.
During each single session the three authors will create 40 sketches each on personalized cards provided by Coconino. Any people in the queue they will be able to receive an autograph if there will be time available at the end of the sessions and based on the availability of the authors, by purchasing at least one volume at the fair before the session itself.
They will have access to sketching sessions the first 40 who will physically present themselves every day in front of the entrance to the Napoleone pavilion on the Passaglia side, as indicated in the image above. At 8.30 am each day some members of the Coconino staff will go out to deliver the ticket to every single person physically queuing for each author (and it is therefore possible physically queuing for just one author), in the number of only one ticket per person. The rows for the three authors will therefore be separated.
If there are places left after the opening hours, the tickets will be delivered to the stand during the day.
In order to receive sketches, in addition to having a ticket, it will be necessary to purchase the following volumes:
- Baron Yoshimoto: box set with the two volumes of The Legends of Judo (€50)
- Usamaru Furuya e Yamada Sansuke: any Doku comic with a total value of €50 (including their new releases)
Per Furuya Specifically, it is possible to pre-order one of the books on the publisher’s website until October 26th (and while stocks last). 200 shikishi unici which the author will sign. They will be 50 per dayat the cost of €150 eachand can be purchased based on retreat and dedication day in Lucca. If there are any left by October 27th, it will be possible to purchase them directly in Lucca, on the delivery days.
The order of arrival at the stand will determine the order of choice among the 50 daily shikishi: if a queue should form before the opening of the pavilion, we will take care of delivering one ticket per person to those who are physically in line. The presale will ensure you have a shikishi on the chosen day but will not determine the order in which the shikishi are chosen: those who have purchased their shikishi in advance will be able to come and choose it preferably between 9am and 1pm on the selected day.
From 6pm to 7pm every day, Usamaru Furuya will sign the 50 daily shikishi to anyone who has purchased it for that day.
