The general director of Naturleite, Maria Jesus Peteiray Diego Martinezpresident of Vila de Meira Baloncesto Clubsigned an agreement through which the dairy firm will sponsor the senior men’s team with the aim of promoting this sport in the municipality.
The agreement includes the collaboration of Naturleite in the first and second equipment game as main sponsor.
The club recovers its senior men’s team, which competes in Third Autonomous Communityframed in a group with other teams from the central zone of Lugo, Ferrol y To Coruña.
A project for the future
“This is a project that aims to strengthen itself in the coming years to become reference in the area, especially for the most youths interested in this sport, who currently need to travel long distances to practice it in a federated way,” they explain from Naturleite.
The company, whose production plant is in Meira, already collaborated this summer in the celebration of the 3×3 tournamentrecovered two years ago and which was completed in 2023 30 years since the first edition.
