NFL, News: Alvin Kamara extends contract with New Orleans Saints
Running back Alvin Kamara has extended his contract with the New Orleans Saints by two years. The team announced this on Tuesday evening. Loud ESPN Kamara will be able to earn up to $24.5 million in the next two years, according to information from the NFL Network Of this, 22 million are guaranteed.
The 29-year-old’s previous contract included the 2025 season, but the $22.4 million salary was not guaranteed. “I’m not worried about it. I’ll just play,” Kamara said in September. “In my eyes it would be selfish not to play.”
So far this season, Kamara has 438 yards rushing yards with six touchdowns. He also contributed 34 catches for another 252 yards (1 TD). Kamara was drafted in the third round in 2017 and has only played in the Big Easy in his career so far.
