OM-PSG: disgusted, Marseille supporters left the Vélodrome stadium at half-time

They had seen enough. This Sunday evening, some Olympique de Marseille supporters left the Vélodrome at half-time of the clasico, the last match of the 9th day of Ligue 1 this Sunday evening.

Disappointed, they left the stadium with their heads down, while the Marseille team was trailing by three goals by Paris Saint-Germain. And reduced to ten, after the exclusion of Amine Harit.

Several dozen spectators gathered near the Vélodrome barriers to leave the enclosure and return home. Without any hope that OM will manage to get back on track in the second half. Which was unlikely, given the terrible performance delivered in the first act.

Paris Saint-Germain quickly opened the scoring, thanks to their midfielder Joao Neves (7th, 0-1). Then Amine Harit received a red card, certainly severe, for a high foot on Marquinhos (20th). In the process, the Phocaeans conceded a goal after a misunderstanding between Leonardo Balerdi and Gerónimo Rulli (29th, 0-2).

Then Bradley Barcola stunned the Marseillais, if they weren’t already, shortly before half-time. The French international converted a ball from Ousmane Dembélé (40th, 0-3) and sent some Marseille supporters home.
