FC Schalke 04 had to admit defeat to Greuther Fürth 3:4. RUHR24’s individual criticism of the S04 professionals.

1 / 15Ron-Thorben Hoffmann: Had to fall behind four times in the second of his games as promised by Kees van Wonderen. He started the 0:1 by hitting a Fürth player. On the other hand, his game was characterized by inaccuracies defensively, although he tried to iron them out himself. Before the 1:4 he let himself be eaten by Hrgota. 3 / 15Tomas Kalas: The Czech showed a good save at the start (14th), which resulted in a corner, and set up Grüger’s 1:2 by winning a header duel. Due to his poor positional play, he was involved in the first two goals conceded. Also saw a yellow card for complaining in the 28th. Derry Murkin.
5 / 15Derry Murkin: The troubled Englishman played a little better than last and twice moved dangerously into the Fürth penalty area. At an opposing corner he was there to clear with his head. After the flood of goals he conceded, he was almost invisible and only appeared again towards the end of the game when he wanted to cross into the SpVgg penalty area.
