One hits the windscreen of his rival’s car with a bat, the other had objects capable of offending: reported

Agents of the Pachino police station reported a 28-year-old Tunisian citizen for damaging and carrying objects capable of offending.

The police intervened in Corso Nunzio Costa where, shortly before, the twenty-eight year old, after having stopped the movement of the car in which he was travelling, blocking traffic, got out of his car and, with a baseball bat, smashed the rear window of a car parked, attempting to hit the owner who was inside the passenger compartment and with whom, a few days earlier, he had had an argument.

On this occasion, the latter, a 24-year-old Tunisian citizen, was also reported for illegal possession of objects capable of offending as he hid a baseball bat inside the trunk. The Oral Notice procedure is underway for both.
