    The team of Park Sang-woon and Lee Sang-hyeon launched a ‘golden shuttlecock’ in the semi-finals of the ‘2024 Suwon Cup National Badminton Tournament’.

    The pair of Park Sang-woon and Lee Sang-hyun won the men’s doubles semi-finals held at the Suwon Badminton Stadium on the 20th, defeating the pair of Choi Jin-ho and Noh Jeong-hyun 25-10.

    Semi-Available is a competition in which one former elite player and one sports enthusiast form a team to determine the strongest amateur badminton player.

    The team of Park Sang-woon and Lee Sang-hyun advanced to the finals with two wins in the group stage, and won 25-23 in the semifinals against Lim Won-bin and Hwang Young-ho. After that, they met Choi Jin-ho and Noh Jeong-hyun in the finals and played steadily to become champions.

    In the men’s doubles group A, Man-cheong Han and Min-jun Hwang defeated Choi Jin-hyuk and Heo Jin 25-19 to take supremacy. The team of Han Man-cheong and Hwang Min-jun won all of their two matches in the group preliminaries and advanced to the finals as first place in Group 1, then defeated Park In-woong and Lee Tae-yong 25-14 in the semifinals to advance to the finals.

    Han Man-cheong teamed up with Ko Seong-hwan in the men’s doubles group A for those in their 20s and won the championship, defeating the Hong Jeong-woo and Hong Jae-kyung pair 25-19 in the final.
