Raipur. President Draupadi Murmu prayed for the prosperity and peace of the countrymen by offering prayers at the Jagannath temple in Gayatri Nagar, Raipur on Saturday morning, the second day of his visit to Chhattisgarh. Governor Ramon Deka, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and cabinet colleagues and officials were present with him.
After visiting the temple, the President will go to Bhilai, where she will attend the fourth convocation of IIT. After this the President will return to Raipur Raj Bhavan. At 3:30 pm, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay will attend the third convocation of Smriti Chikitsa and AYUSH University. President Draupadi Murmu will leave for Delhi from Raipur Airport at 5:00 pm.
