The season has barely started, we already know more about the PSG handball squad for the next year. The capital club has formalized its pair of goalkeepers for the 2025-2026 vintage. At the end of his contract at the end of the season, Andreas Palicka will not leave for another season. The 38-year-old Swede will not be retained by the Parisian club, unlike his teammate Jannick Green.
A “promising” duo with Mikkel Lovkvist
The 36-year-old Dane will form a “promising” pair in the words of Thierry Omeyer, general manager of PSG handball, with his much younger compatriot Mikkel Lovkvist, who has just arrived at the club. The goalkeeper, aged only 22, plays in Denmark at Bjerringbro-Silkeborg, with whom he is playing this season in the European League, the second continental competition.
