Registrations open for the first course on ‘Psychological and Mental Aspects in Baseball for the Blind’ – Italian Baseball Softball Federation

The course is designed to provide reflections and practical tools to both coaches and athletes, improving awareness of the mental factors that influence the performance of Baseball for the Blind practitioners.

The objective is to delve into fundamental issues to improve the sporting experience and the motivational and performance aspects of the participants.

Teaching Team:

  • Dr. Luana Morgilli: Sports psychologist, psychotherapist, counselor and coordinator of the sports psychology working group at the Lazio Psychologists Association.
  • Dr. Sergio Costa: Sports psychologist and PhD in Neuroscience, Imaging and Clinical Sciences.
  • Dr. Daniele Stizza: Sports psychologist specialized in Bio and Neurofeedback and eSports.

Course Details: The course includes three online meetings, 90 minutes each, via the ZOOM platform. The lessons will be held live (no recordings will be available) and will include practical exercises, to be carried out online and at home between one meeting and another.
