Still according to information from L’Équipe, the Portuguese international, drunk, attacked a hostess who refused to serve him alcohol. And for good reason: his stand only offered fruit juices. Marques then lost his temper and threw his drink in the young girl’s face before spitting on her. The hostess apparently decided not to file a complaint but informed her manager of the scene of revolting violence.
The Bézier player should quickly be summoned before the League’s disciplinary committee to explain this slip-up. He risks a suspension of several weeks. His club is currently in turmoil.
