He Copa del Rey drawin which 110 teams from different categories will know their pairings in the first round, is held this Thursday, October 10in an event that will take place in the Luis Aragonés Hall of the Las Rozas Football City. The matches in this round will be played between October 29, 30 and 31.
Herein first round The four clubs participating in the Spanish Super Cup (Real Madrid, Barcelona Atlético and Mallorca) are exempt from the Copa del Rey, as well as Deportivo de La Coruña, as the last champion of the last edition of the First Federation.

To carry out the draw, seven cups will be used, including, in each of them, the 16 teams of the First Division, the 21 teams of the Second Division, the 16 teams of the First Federation, the 35 teams of the Second Federation, the 8 teams of the Third Federation, the 4 semifinalists of the Federation Cup and the 10 winning teams of the previous qualifying round.
The lowest category team in each tie will always play as home team in it. If the clubs belong to the same category, the team whose ball was drawn first will serve as home team. The 55 winners and Deportivo de La Coruña will participate in the second round of the championship.
