This is a social badminton club with a session hosted for experienced players. Bookings are available to our members first, with 16-places avaible first, then any remaining spaces will be offered on general sale. All tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How club nights work
First time club players
Please read information on how our club nights work prior booking, including:
- The minimum ability level we expect
- How games are organised
- What to bring with you, including equipment and footwear
If you’ve never played with us before, you will also need to fill out an online registration form, which will be sent to you after booking. Please check your confirmation email for the link.
All players
By attending you agree to meet our player expectations and code of conduct.
How bookings work
Club night session tickets must be booked online in advance and cost £6 per person.
Please read your confirmation email for directions to the venue and sports hall.
When on site
Only non-marking shoes are permitted inside the hall – for example indoor badminton or court shoes. If your footwear is not appropriate, you will be asked to change it.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the school premises – you must instead leave the gates if you would like to smoke.
Refunds
Refunds are available up until ONE DAY prior to the club session, minus booking fees. We cannot issue refunds after this point.
To request an automatic refund on your order, please refer to your booking confirmation email. Under ‘Order Summary’, select ‘View and manage your order online’. From there you’ll be able to request a refund on your ticket.
Waitlist for places
If club night is fully booked, you can choose to be added to a waitlist, which will automatically release places if or when they become available.
You will receive an email if a place becomes available for the club night, and you will have 4 hour to claim it before it passes to the next person in the list.
Rights of the committee and your agreement:
By booking a ticket with us, you accept the following:
- The committ’es decision is final;
- The committee may at anytime cancel this event, in which a full refund will be provide;
- The committee may move the event, start time, end time or price of these events at any time, they will make every effort to information all Players and Members;
- The committe may cancel with full refund your ticket, or transfer your ticket if they believe your are not at the correct experience level to join one or any of our club events, this will be communicated to you and in the first instance, will transfer your ticket to another session where you may be deemed better placed.
