Time is money. The mental health of employees also applies, after all, overworking employees costs the Swiss economy around 6.5 billion francs annually. The Zurich agency Streuplan for Pro Mente Sana combines these two facts in its “60 Seconds” campaign.

Central to the campaign is the eponymous 60-second video message, which directly addresses managers and those responsible for HR and company health management. It briefly and succinctly focuses on the relevance of “mental health in the workplace” and presents the investment in the “ensa first aid courses for mental health” program as a worthwhile part of the solution.

Rewarding not only on an interpersonal level, but also because every franc invested in the mental health of employees is reflected in savings and cost reductions that are more than twice as high. For example, by increasing satisfaction, reducing absences or reducing fluctuation.

The courses offered by ensa are based on the internationally successful and scientifically based concept “Mental Health First Aid”. This closes the gap between the already established prevention and intervention offers: The ensa first aid courses for mental health are designed to enable employees to recognize mental problems in colleagues at an early stage, to respond appropriately and to provide professional help – before it’s too late.

All advertising materials (posters, social media ads, electronic and physical mailings, etc.) link to the video. It also supports the entire sales process through targeted integration.

The campaign is aimed at companies and organizations of all types and sizes. Also to those who work in the advertising industry. And everyone should be able to devote 60 seconds to the mental health of their employees.
