Gareth Taylor Collective

The coach will meet the media this Tuesday (15), at 9:15 am (England), 5:15 am (Brazil).

Taylor’s press conference will be streamed live on mancity.com and our official app.

He will be joined by City midfielder and Holland star, Jill Roordat the press conference.

In our most recent appointment, Bunny Shaw secured the upset over Liverpool with two goals at Anfield, in the Women’s Super League.

The home team had taken the lead with Olivia Smith, with a goal from outside the box in the 1st half.

But City equalized early in the second half when Shaw headed home a cross from Lauren Hemp. In the end, the same Bunny Shaw stepped up to take us back to the top of the WSL table and extend our unbeaten start to seven matches in all competitions.

Meanwhile, in our previous Champions League match, City superbly dispatched defending champions Barcelona in front of record crowds at the Joie Stadium.

Naomi Layzell opened the scoring in the initial stage and Bunny Shaw closed the score in the 2nd half for City.

Last meeting with St Polten

City last faced St Polten in the Champions League last 16 in October 2017, winning 6-0 on aggregate to book a place in the quarter-finals.

Having won the first match away from home 3-0, a victory by the same score at the Joie Stadium in the return match gave final results to the clash.

Nikita Parris opened the scoring late in the first half before goals from Jill Scott and Melissa Lawley sealed it 3-0 at home.
