Located on the west side of Phase II of the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, the “Tide Viewing Flower Sea” project built along the Qiantang River is now fully open to welcome guests from all over the world. This landscape improvement project with a total area of about 130,000 square meters (about the size of 18 football fields) cleverly integrates natural beauty and cultural activities, bringing a visual and spiritual feast to citizens.
Walking into the “Tide Viewing Flower Sea”, the lush grassland and the golden sunflower sea complement each other, and the rippling Pioneer River flows through it, forming a refreshing and charming style painting.
The “Tide Viewing Flower Sea” is connected to the Qiantang River Embankment by a Nanhua Bridge. Citizens can walk on the river embankment and experience the majestic tidal surge of the Qianjiang River up close; they can run and play on the open lawn and witness the ecological wonder of egrets flying in groups under the setting sun.
In addition to flower viewing and tide watching, the “Tide Viewing Flower Sea” will also carefully plan a series of colorful activities such as grass camping, food markets, folk culture dissemination, and large-scale music festivals in the future to provide citizens with leisure, entertainment, and culture.
