Home-run derby
This regional baseball celebration will be inaugurated at 10:30 a.m. Then at 11 a.m., the home run derby will pit the greatest hitters against each other as they attempt to hit as many home runs as possible.
This will play out like the table in a tennis tournament. In each round, two players will compete, the one with the most home runs will qualify for the next round.
With five Andelysians
Then at 2 p.m., time for the match which will see two teams formed according to the ranking for the 2024 season.
Team 146 will be made up of players from clubs in Saint-Lô (reigning Normandy champion), Louviers et Honfleur.
Facing it, Team 2357 will bring together the clubs of Andelys, Cherbourg, Caen et Rouen.
On the Andelysian side, five players were selected: Samuel Block, Richard Moulin, Maxence Pierron, Romuald Pierron et Stéphane Ratte.
This is the perfect opportunity to discover a sport combining throwing, hitting, catching and running from base to base.
